Day Program Services

The Caroline Center, Inc. is a not-for-profit human service agency that is licensed by the Developmental Disabilities Administration. The Caroline Center, Inc. was established in 1974. In 1996, The Caroline Center expanded their services to the Western Shore of Maryland. Both facilities operate a Day Program in which habilitative training in a supervised environment is provided for individuals who have developmental disabilities and/or other disabling conditions that are chronic in nature. Individual planning, focused on enhancing individual function in areas of self-care, socialization, health maintenance, leisure activities, motor skills and optimal independence, function to best integrate individuals within the community. Participants receive regular opportunities to attend community recreation/social activities
